Return & Refund Policy
Article 1 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Cosmetic Products)
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e), of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), the right of withdrawal for distance contracts is excluded for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, once they have been opened after delivery.
Therefore, for cosmetic products, creams and personal care items marketed by Aureè, the Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the packaging or the original safety seal of the product has been removed, opened or tampered with.
Customers are invited to read the detailed product description before completing the purchase.
Article 2 - Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or non-compliant products from the order placed, the Customer has the right to request a replacement or refund under the Legal Guarantee of Conformity.
2.1 - Reporting Procedure
The Customer is required to promptly notify (and in any case no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods) any lack of conformity, damage or non-correspondence of the product.
The report must be sent to our Customer Service via email to shop@aureèwellnessrituals.com and must include:
Order identification number.
Detailed description of the defect or damage found.
Clear photographic documentation showing damage to the product and, where applicable, the external shipping packaging.
2.2 - Evaluation and Resolution
Upon receipt of the notification and documentation, [Your E-commerce Name] will proceed with a careful verification:
If the lack of conformity is ascertained, the Customer will be entitled, at our discretion, to a free replacement of the non-compliant product or to a refund of the amount spent.
In case of replacement, the shipping costs for sending the new product will be at our expense.
Article 3 - Refund Procedure
Refunds approved pursuant to Article 2 above will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 14 working days of the damage or defect being discovered.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the entire order was damaged or non-compliant and a replacement was not requested.
